This spacious cottage for 12 persons has a a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with an open fire, a french billiard room with TV, DVD player and board games. On the first floor, 4 double rooms, 1 bedroom with 2 staple beds, 4 bathrooms with hairdryers. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Guests also have access to an infrared cabin. terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, jeux de boules, ping pong table, parking and wifi.

Cost includes location with charges and cleaning out week-end (Friday to Sunday) : 1000 € long week-end (Friday to Monday) and mid-week (Monday to Friday) : 1200 € Week (Friday to Friday): 1800€ Happy new year and Chrismas Week : 2200 €

    Check-in is friday for weekends, long week-ends and week and monday for mid-week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Contact the establishment in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. If you wish to rent them on site, please ask 48 hours before your arrival. Bed linen and towels are provided at the following additional costs: - EUR 15 per person. Cost of the wooden box: 50 EUR. Please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested. If no damage has been found in the accommodation during your stay, it will be refunded to you by bank transfer within 2 weeks of your departure.

    We are always at your disposal for any information that can help you to prepare your stay and have a good time. The region is full of good restaurants: ABCD in Beauraing, CCnomie in Falmignoul, le Barbouillon in Vencimont, Auberge de la Tour et la Terrasse in Givet, La Libellule and its terrace with a view of the ponds in Sevry (300 meters from the guest houses) and Le Pélerin in Beauraing. The Region is well known for its castles and fortresses offering a diversity of landscapes and architectures (castle of Vêves, castle and gardens of Freÿr, castle of Lavaux-Sainte-Anne, ruins of Crèvecoeur). Many walks or bike rides to the marked trails (Ravel) or in the woods surrounding the property. The Beauraing Tourist Office rent mountain bikes and ebikes for a day or for the weekend and offers walking tours to download or take away maps. Descent of the Lesse by kayak from Houyet. Boat trip on the Meuse in Dinant or Givet (France). Horseback riding at the Hérock equestrian center. Royal golf course at the Château d'Ardenne in Houyet.
